This is an informational and marketing website describing the educational consulting services offered by Parish Educational Consulting, LLC. It exists so that school and district leaders can learn what the practice does and get in touch. It is not a client portal, and it provides no accounts, logins, or paid services.
Not professional advice
The content on this site is general information about school improvement, instructional leadership, and related topics. It is not consulting advice, and it is not legal, employment, financial, or educational compliance advice for your district or school.
Every school and district has its own data, staffing, budget, community, and regulatory context. Nothing here should be acted upon as a recommendation for your specific situation without engaging us or another qualified professional who can evaluate that context.
No engagement is created
Using this site, submitting the consultation form, or emailing or calling us does not create a consulting relationship. A consulting relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement describing the scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees for the specific work.
Because no relationship exists until then, please do not send confidential or sensitive information, including student records, personnel matters, or anything protected by FERPA or similar laws, through the consultation form or in an initial email. Contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate way to exchange it.
Published pricing
This site publishes price ranges for its engagement packages, which most firms in this field do not. Those ranges are provided in good faith to help you plan and to make the practice easy to evaluate.
They are estimates, not quotes, and not an offer capable of acceptance. Actual fees depend on scope, the number of schools or leaders involved, session count, travel, and timeline, and are fixed only in a signed written agreement. Published ranges may change at any time, and a change does not affect an agreement already signed.
Contacting us
The consultation form on this site does not transmit anything to us. It opens your own email program with a draft message, which you choose whether to send. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to respond to genuine inquiries promptly, but we do not guarantee a response to every message, and we may decline any engagement.

The content of this site, including its text, page design, and layout, together with the Parish Educational Consulting name, logo, and the "3-Phase Impact Model" framework and its Assess, Align, and Accelerate terminology, belongs to Parish Educational Consulting, LLC or is used with permission. The photograph of Dr. Parish and the video on the homepage are likewise ours.
You may view this site, and print or share pages for your own non-commercial reference, such as circulating them internally while evaluating a vendor. You may not copy the site's content onto another website, republish it commercially, use the name or logo to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist, or present the 3-Phase Impact Model as your own.
